Journey at Dusk

Journey at Dusk

I have been blessed with the experience of boating at sunset, only twice in my lifetime, but those two moments remain etched in my mind as treasures I can never forget. It saddens me that my present circumstances no longer allow me to relive them, yet memory itself. though a little bit hazy now,  has become a kind of refuge. The experience was nothing short of magical: the fading sun casting its golden fire across the horizon, the afterglow spreading in soft gradients of crimson, violet, and amber, painting the quiet majesty of the mountains. The stillness of the water mirrored this celestial artwork, creating an endless canvas where heaven and earth seemed to meet.

More than the scenery, I hold deep gratitude for the special people in my life whose kindness gave me the chance to witness such beauty. Without them, those fleeting moments of wonder would never have been mine to cherish. Even now, when I close my eyes, I can still feel the gentle rocking of the boat, hear the hushed whispers of the evening wind, and see the world awash in colors that felt almost divine. The remembrance fills me with a quiet joy, reminding me that beauty, once experienced, never truly fades; it lives on within us, keeping the heart both humble and alive.
